New Executive Order Mandates COVID-19 Vaccinations or Testing for Certain Workers

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy recently issued Executive Order 2521 mandating COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements for workers in healthcare facilities or high-risk congregate environments.

This executive order institutes the previously announced requirement that all workers in designated facilities be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by September 7, 2021 or be subject to COVID-19 testing at minimum one to two times per week.2
